The Chakra Yoga Center runs 340 hour Teacher Training courses in Chakra Yoga: a form of Tantric Kundalini yoga for awakening and empowerment. It includes 9 classical forms of yoga from Hatha yoga postures to the breathing exercises of Pranayama yoga to concentration techniques, mantra, meditation and even the less known Yantra yoga.
Free Spirit Yoga
200 hours of in class instruction under the direction of Julia Shields, director and owner of Free Spirit Yoga and Pilates.
MokSana Yoga Center
MokSana Yoga Center offers certified comprehensive 250 hour 8-week Yoga Teacher Training course, as well as continuing education workshops for yoga teachers and students.
